Creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts and their balances will be suspended and forfeited. 9pkr reserves the right to offset balances across duplicate accounts before closing them.
Registration requires submission of a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and accurate personal details matching the CNIC submitted for KYC. Any discrepancy between registration details and KYC documents may delay or prevent account verification and subsequent withdrawals.
Upon successful registration and KYC verification, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the 9pkr Platform for lawful recreational gambling purposes only. You undertake the following obligations as a condition of maintaining your Account:
9pkr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these obligations, pending investigation. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on the 9pkr Platform:
9pkr only accepts deposits from payment instruments held in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — whether from another individual's mobile wallet, bank account, or cryptocurrency address not belonging to the registered Member — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance only after confirmed receipt by 9pkr's payment processor. 9pkr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks, bank processing times, or blockchain network congestion.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members whose Accounts have completed full KYC verification.
